For new construction, floor plans and an address are enough to start. For an existing system, a description of the issue works, and Geoff will let you know if he needs to see it in person.
Most quotes turn around within a few days. Non-urgent service calls typically get scheduled within a similar window.
Sending floor plans for new construction or having Geoff take a look at an existing system typically doesn't cost anything up front. You get a straight quote before any work begins.
